Safety

As the number of COS just exceeded 12,600, it is imperative that we provide a safe environment in which to learn.  More students are enrolling in night classes, more violence is seen at college campuses throughout the United State, the area’s gang problem continues to be a challenge, let’s not wait until there is a loss. 

 Safety on the COS campus is critical, and with the passage of Measure I, emergency telephone and lighting be a reality.  Let’s imagine a safe environment where students of all ages can learn and get valuable skills to make them productive members of our community.
